At Tech Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
- Products returned after the eligible return period.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it with the correct item, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
